Return Policy
We value your patronage and want you to be happy with your purchase from us. You may return any unused item in its original condition with its original packaging for a refund, credit, or exchange within 14 days of receipt provided we shipped you the incorrect item. Original processing/shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error. Please notify us by email at info@importsfromtheamericas.com and provide us with the following: your name and order number, the specific item you are returning, the reason you are returning it, and whether you would like a replacement item, credit towards a future purchase, or a full refund (minus shipping costs). If the item had visible damage upon receipt from the shipper, please notify the delivery person immediately. If you discover any damaged items within your package after the driver has left, please contact the shipping company directly. Save all packaging materials as the package will need to be inspected first in order to file an insurance claim. Shipping damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier. Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping charges are based on shipping UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous U.S states. We may also use Priority Mail service, especially to Post Office Box addresses. Please call (888) 60-ESTRADA to verify shipping charges to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or U.S. Virgin Islands. If you choose to place your order via our Website, please note that shipments outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states will have additional processing/shipping charges not immediately reflected on your Internet order receipt total. You will be contacted within 2 to 3 business days with an accurate processing/shipping quote.
Expedited shipments and/or shipments to all other destinations will incur additional shipping charges.
We try to ship orders 24 – 48hrs from receipt. We will notify you during this period if an item is out of stock. Please allow 5 – 10 business days to receive your order. Please e-mail info@importsfromtheamericas.com or call (888) 60-ESTRADA to arrange quicker delivery. We cannot promise a phone call before your item is delivered. If you are not home when the shipping company tries to deliver, they may either leave the package or leave a note. We usually e-mail your shipment notification and tracking number when your order is shipped. You can also check your order status to know your expected delivery date and tracking number.
Processing/Shipping Charges
All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. Territories will incur additional shipping charges since they will be shipped via UPS air service. The same applies to international orders. To find out the total shipping charges on orders to these destinations, please e-mail customer service at
